All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience on hollagold.com. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 1-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a re-shipment. If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a re-shipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you should return the product within 14 calendar days of your taking delivery of the product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. – original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition. You can submit refund requests within 14 days after taking delivery by sending us a message on our “Contact-Us page”.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. In addition, you will not be eligible for a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) or your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs or delayed by a natural disaster).
Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. An exchange isn’t always possible under the warranty policy. If the product wasn’t available in stock, you will get a full refund instead.
